Customers/Buyers/Renters Enforceable Guide Policy

This Policy form an integral and enforceable part of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, other Policies, Guide Policies.

  1. Responsibilities and Obligations

1.1 Customers, Buyers, and Renters (“Users”) shall bear full and sole responsibility for conducting appropriate due diligence on Ship Owners, Service Providers, vessels, and related services prior to entering into any transaction or agreement. Vesselglobe shall not be liable for any loss arising from the User’s failure to conduct such due diligence.

1.2 Users must ensure that all personal, contact, and financial information provided on the Platform is accurate, current, and complete at all times.

1.3 Users agree to adhere strictly to the payment terms associated with the purchase of credits, subscription services, or any other chargeable service provided by the Platform.

1.4 Users shall comply with all applicable rules and terms relating to auctions (including bidding procedures), vessel charters, rental agreements, and any other transactions facilitated through the Platform.

2. Limitations

2.1 Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or unlawful activity through or in connection with the Platform, including but not limited to misrepresentation of identity, misuse of payment methods, or participation in illegal transactions.

2.2 Vesselglobe does not warrant or guarantee the quality, condition, legality, or delivery of any vessel, product, or service offered by Ship Owners or Service Providers through the Platform. All such transactions are entered into solely at the User’s own risk, and Vesselglobe shall have no liability for any resulting loss, damage, or dispute

Job Seekers enforceable Guide Policy

This Policy form an integral and enforceable part of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, other Policies, Guide Policies.

1. Job Seekers’ Rights

  1. Individuals seeking employment opportunities through the Platform (“Job Seekers”) shall have the right to create and publish their personal profile, curriculum vitae (CV), and relevant professional information for the purpose of job searching and visibility to potential employers.
  2. Job Seekers shall have the right to indicate their preferred or desired salary expectations in their profile or job applications.
  3.  Vesselglobe’s has the limited right to use and display Job Seekers information on the Platform for the purpose of marketing, presentation, or platform enhancement is accepted through agreement with the Privacy Policy agreement.
  4. Job Seekers Responsibilities

Job Seekers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their profile, CV, and communications is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date at all times and shall engage with potential employers in a professional and respectful manner.

  2. Vesselglobe makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability, or outcome of any employment opportunities listed on the Platform. No guarantee of employment is provided or implied.
  3. Vesselglobe is not a party to and assumes no responsibility for the negotiation, execution, or enforcement of any employment contracts entered into between Crew Seekers and Ship Owners. The terms, conditions, and legality of such agreements remain strictly between the involved parties.

Crew Seekers enforceable Guide Policy:

This Policy form an integral and enforceable part of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, other Policies, Guide Policies.

1. Crew Seekers Rights:

1.1 Companies or entities verified on the Platform for the purpose of hiring maritime professionals (“Crew Seekers”) shall have the right to post job offers, define employment terms, specify salary ranges, compensation packages and/or other relevant Information.

1.2 Crew Seekers shall have the right to access, review, and evaluate the publicly available resumes and profiles of Job Seekers published on the Platform, solely for the purpose of recruitment and employment consideration.

2. Crew Seekers Responsibilities:

2.1 Crew Seekers shall not publish false, misleading, or deceptive information in any job advertisement, job description, or related posting on the Platform.

2.2 All job offers, employment terms, and working conditions must comply with the United Arab Emirates labor law and where applicable, the Maritime Convention, (MLC 2006).

2.3 Crew Seekers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, vetting procedures, background checks, and verification of candidate qualifications and credentials. Vesselglobe does not perform or endorse any such candidate assessments.

3. Vesselglobe’s limited role and liability:

3.1 Vesselglobe shall bear no liability or responsibility for the performance, conduct, behavior, or qualifications of any crew members hired through the Platform. All employment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Crew Seeker.

3.2 Vesselglobe acts solely as a digital intermediary and communication platform. It is not an employer, recruiter, agent, or representative of any Crew Seeker or Job Seeker and shall not be deemed a party to any employment agreement or contract executed between users of the Platform
