Vesselglobe does not charge any commission on sales or transactions. Users are subject only to the applicable subscription. All due diligence, including inspection, legal verification, and transactional terms, is the sole responsibility of the User. Vesselglobe disclaims any liability arising from false information, non-performance, or disputes between parties.
2.3 Vesselglobe offers a recruitment facilitation feature wherein Crew Seekers may post job opportunities, and Job Seekers may submit applications or upload their CVs. The Platform serves only as a conduit and does not verify, or endorse any job listing, applicant qualifications, or employment terms except conducting a limited initial verification process.
All Users are solely responsible for conducting appropriate background checks, identity verifications, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and immigration laws.
2.4 Customers can post shipment requirements to the Platform’s Dash Board, which are visible exclusively to verified Shipowners. Listings require the purchase of Listing Credits which are defined in the Payment, Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy. Shipowners may then submit bids or offers in response to the Customer’s posting. Once a bid is submitted, direct communication between the Shipowner and the Customer is enabled. Vesselglobe is not a party to any resulting shipping agreement and disclaims all responsibility for the performance, safety, legality, or suitability of any cargo transaction or offer made through the Dash Board.

2.6 Shipowners can provide services for voyage charters, time charters, and container space rentals. However, Shipowners must first complete Vesselglobe’s verification process and receive compliance approval before they are permitted to list such services on the Platform. Upon successful verification, Shipowners may create listings by providing accurate and truthful details, including vessel capacity, voyage dates, locations, and applicable pricing. Vesselglobe reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to any listing based on internal quality assurance reviews.
Customers may then access these listings and engage directly with Shipowners. Responsibility for negotiating terms, verifying availability, and conducting operational due diligence rests solely with the contracting Users.
